We have noticed that fake job interviews in the name of our company R.K.Marble Pvt. Ltd. are being done by some unauthorised fraudulent agencies/persons like www.Jobssroot.com . These fraudsters are using the names of R.K. Marble Pvt. Ltd to solicit job applications and require the job seekers / applicants to pay processing fees or deposit amount by sending false e-mails or by making fraudulent telephone calls. We bring to the notice of all concerned that we, R.K.Marble Pvt. Ltd have deployed a merit-based employee selection practice. We do not charge / accept any amount or security deposit from job seekers during the selection process or while inviting candidates for an interview. We state that we have already lodged complaints with Cyber Crime Authorities about the said fraudulent actions. We are not liable towards the representation made in any fraudulent communication and its consequences, and such fraudulent communication shall not be treated as any kind of offer or representation by R.K.
